[Egyptian] Request for review: RTL rendering of Egyptian in HTML

regarding RTL hieroglyphs, the use cases in publications would be :

a) mixed with RTL characters in RTL modern writing systems (Arabic, Hebrew)
b) in diplomatic edition. In this case, the text is likely to be rather long, and might be mixed with 
    modern script (line/position indications, short latin text indicating lacuna size, 
    ecdotic information…)
