[Egyptian] proposal 2016-07-22

END and EMPTY have always been there. END is part of the brackets that
you didn't like, as you said during my presentation. I'm sure EMPTY was 
mentioned during my presentation as well.

The SEPARATOR was introduced because (I believe) you said that there should be 
something between each pair of characters that is combined in some way.
The choice for a single operator SEPARATOR for both horizontal and vertical
grouping was motivated in my message 13/07/2016 11:47 
(addressed to you personally, before there was the email list).
