It all looks OK to me in Windows 10 Version 1607:
Firefox 50.0.2; Opera 42.0.2393.78; Edge 38.14393.0.0
It also looks OK in the version of Edge on a Windows phone, if anyone's interested.
The image is much less sharp than the text version, which I imagine is because it is an image.
All best
John

Everything works well under Firefox (both Ubuntu Linux and on my Android Galaxy S6 phone).
However, on the default browser (named Internet) of this Galaxy S6 phone it only works partially : everything is monochrome, but the filled/ouline difference is respected, as well as the italics and the "underline grouping of the last line". The stacking also fails, but the control character are visible and recognisable (as a boxed : and *)
