[Egyptian] Egyptological yod

Hello,

Now that Unicode 5.1 is out with  egyptological aleph and ayin, I come 
back to the problem and the yod. I'm probably going to ask a really 
stupid question, but anyway:  U+313 works quite well with the dotless 
"i". The problem stands with the capital "I". Now, the glyph for capital 
Iota with psili is just the right glyph. Of course, it will make 
searches and capitalisation more complex. But is it out of bound in Unicode?
