[EversonMono] Using Everson Mono in Mintty

I don’t know what Mintty is.
There is a bit one can tick that tells some fonts that a font is monowidth. But if I tick that, Everson Mono fails on Windows. One reason is Everson Mono has characters which are double-width (Linear B) and zero-width (combining marks).
