[EversonMono] polytonic Greek vowels with iota subscript and accute

In addition to my previous report,
vowels with iota subscript and acute accents(ᾴ,ῄ,ῴ) have steeper angle for
acutes than the same vowels without iota subscript(ά,ή,ώ).
